Pam Wells is vice president and director of business development at DIR.  Formerly the director of survey operations, Ms. Wells has led multiple large-scale data collection efforts. As the director of business development, she operationalizes DIR’s mission by identifying select opportunities in key markets; initiates, manages, and builds client and partner relationships; and facilitates brand recognition. Ms. Wells holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Houston.
