DIR is among 18 small businesses approved as vendors under the U.S. Department of Labor, Chief Evaluation Office (CEO) for the Research and Evaluation Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA.) This five-year contract vehicle will focus on DOL’s research and evaluation priorities of DOL programs, initiatives, and policies. The services DIR may provide DOL through this BPA include: evaluation design and implementation; data collection and analysis; policy analysis; program assessments, technical assistance, technical expertise, and dissemination activities.
