DIR is pleased to announce the addition of its new survey programmer, Neil Thomas, to the Data and Application Development unit. Neil brings extensive Voxco programming experience to the DIR team. He began his career at NORC at the University of Chicago in 2011, transitioning the National Immunization Survey (NIS) into Voxco, and continued supporting the NIS over the next six years. He later joined IMPAQ International, where he was primarily responsible for programming the Job Corps Survey and building a framework for future Job Corps surveys.

Neil will work closely with his Unit Director, Monica Polino Schneider and the Job Corps teams to program the Post Separation Survey.
